The best part of the blogging community is the support we receive from each other. Whether is simply by reading our crazy thoughts or at races or encouragement in our daily struggles.
I've been reading Mindy's blog, Road Runner Girl, for several months now and I'm embarrased that I had not noticed this before. Mindy and Molly are the hosts for this wonderful idea of accountability and support. You can read all about it here.
So here are my goals for this week;
- Complete week 3 of the Couch to 5k app. I restarted this program after completing the Princess to increase my run intervals in the hope of one day running an entire 5k.
- Complete the 13th Annual Bolt Run on Saturday in under 1 hour 15 minutes
- Track of all my foods for the week
